Details: | Right after ordering, requested cancellation and refund. Refund issued within minutes. Weeks later, claims he didn't get a refund and is reporting me. Showed him a screenshot showing the refund, and told him Facebook processed the order, so they have his money and he needs to take it up with them. He insisted I mail him a check. Opened a case. |
