This is a pure online bully that is dishonest and has an open hatred towards French Canadians replying to us with; "your probably a Frenchmen and that's the problem here". He first ordered a part then cancelled stated that he ordered the incorrect part. The next day he orders the same part and when he receives tells us it's defective. We explain that we are very careful with inspection and that it did not go out like that but if it was damaged at his end that it was okay and we will help him regardless. It didn't really matter in the wording. We could only offer a refund as we were out of stock to send a free replacement. Instead he turned into an immediate bully refusing to return going off as a child bully does in a schoolyard insulting you with anything possible hiding behind a keyboard. DO NOT sell to this madman, especially est tu francais. He left me inappropriate negative feedback because that's what that 1% of bad buyers do and we have less than 1% bad reviews overall on over 12,000 orders in less than 3 years on eBay alone.
