I'm having precisely the same problem with "Lau Wing Yiuu" at 5160 Rivergrade Rd. He just opened two Paypal claims with me for RAM that I sent him. I also received notices from Ebay that he was a suspicious user.

crap I just sent our a RAM stick to this guy, hopefully everything goes well if he makes claims against me. I just had a very similar issue with him. Claiming never memory was not received, and he opened a case in PayPal.

Crap, I just shipped the RAM to him on Saturday. Later on that day eBay alerted me that he was not registered with eBay and credited me.

I've dealt with a similar situation before with a different buyer, but apparently when I posted that there's a tracking number they back down.

Same here. I sent some memory on the 17th of August... saw that he closed the account, but I had already shipped. I did not get a claim against me, but he just used a new account to buy more memory yesterday. I don't know if I should ship or not if eBay is going to expect to see a tracking number. I will call them tomorrow since today is a holiday.

Same here sold some ram but i have not shipped so now im thinking if he wants his money back he will have to fight for it see how he likes it.

Lau Wing Yiuu is bad I tried to sell more ram but he came in and bid it up to win with a new user name but hes easy to spot same name on his paypal. I will update all other user names he is under soon so keep A look out. also i opened A case to cancel the sell but he will not respond ebay has been told also paypal but why they dont take down his paypal is A mystery. I have talked to many sellers that deal with ram exe. many have had to quit sells do to everytime they sell ram its him Lau Wing Yiuu even if you post with tracking # on listing

As long as its a working address it will be delivered no matter what the name. And has many ebay accounts at the same time. And yes im wanting to get this guy anyway i can and working on A way to make his scam back fire on him hes been doing this from 2009 to people 2 wrongs dont make A right but in this case maybe. This is nasty empire of scam and sell. Like A chop shop for ebay crooks to bring in there stolen goods. And the sad thing is ebay dont care they get a nice cut out of this action.

This person just got me too... Filed a claim against me yesterday

Just called paypal and told them whats going on. They refunded my money and told me they will investigate her activities.

Got some payback I made him pay for the same item twice. At first he paid for the ram but i found out about his scam so I did not send it. I waited 2 weeks then relisted the item and right off the bat it was him with A new account but same paypal he out bid everyone quickly i opened a cancel sell request and explained why A week later he denied it and paid for it. So i got to thinking Ok fine So i sent the item to him but with tracking and all the works there was no way he could say he never got it. I added this info to his first order weeks ago and to the new one. So all info said he got both. I scammed the scammer into double payment of 1 item he is down over 100.00 now Thats what he gets.

I just called the Deleware crime stoppers hotline and have filed a report. If you wish to do the same please call the hotline at 1-800-847-3333. I wanna see this guy burn.

They really pissin me off. I mean I never sent anything as all credit cards they have are stolen and have no matching billing addresses. Apart of there few in Delaware i am sure that there is crew in California as well. any idea ?
