Mr. Lagarde bought a number of Elvis collectibles from me through Ebay. He chose to have these items sent via Surface Mail, as it was the cheapest option available, this also meant that his items could take from 4-6weeks to arrive. 2 weeks later he filed a claim against me, which he won because Canada Post doesn't offer tracking on Surface mail. I kept in contact with Mr. Lagarde until the end of December when he admitted to receiving at least one of the packages I had sent him and promised to refund my money. I haven't heard from him since then, despite several attempts to contact him. As it stands I am out over $40 from the value of the collectibles as well as over $90 in the costs of shipping. Despite insuring the items, I am at a loss as Mr. Lagarde refuses to respond to any of my attempts to reach him. Don't let his feedback fool you, this man is a thief.
