Sellers beware of this scumbag Richard Koontz, this moron will buy an item and pretend to be stupid (he's not pretending) and file a fraud dispute claiming non receipt of merchandise from out of no were. This asshole will email you saying "hey i filed a dispute because i dont want to wait any longer." The terms and conditions were displayed right infront of this assholes yes not to mention several copies. This asshole thinks he can do whatever he wants, make up his own policies, and then file fraud disputes. We are sending this ass whipe directly to fraud investigations and he can deal with the Postal Inspectors office.
