After refusing to sell a very expensive item to her due to her leaving numerous bad feedback, proceeded to harass me over messages. A few days later changed to another username, Carl5450, to try to buy the item again.

Has apparently scammed many other sellers in the past.

This person is most likely running a scam. Buying something on ebay and then "selling" that same item on social media. The other buyer pays for the item but never gets it because it's sent to this person. The seller is ultimately out of both money and merchandise.
