| Details: | Buyer ordered and item. It was shipped UPS and he signed for it. Days later he reported his credit card has an unauthorized charge on it. Filed with Ebay and paypal. I fought but lost the case since he claimed his card was fraudulently used. If so HOW come the fraudster got the item shipped to HIS home address where the card is registered too? I
I BLAME EBAY AND PAYPAL for being complacent and goign with "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" thinking. I LOST $1500.00 bucks to this asshole!!!!! |
