Few days later he tells he exact opposite to his credit card company in an effort to steal the merchandise. When you send him a collections letter and threatening legal action, he will continue his bullshit lies and once again trying to blame everyone else except himself. He will sit there and make claims saying he filed the dispute weeks later because of you and make up his own procedures as an excuse into not paying the fees merchants incur due to moron idiot thieves cause. He will make every excuse into justifying his actions to steal, try to turn the tables on you, and then refuse to pay.
