Warning sellers: Troublemaker ahead! The item was mistakenly returned by the Royal Mail. We had shipped it again without charging the buyer for the new shipping cost. The buyer had opened a case to PayPal, and though he had received the item while the case was open, he had not informed PayPal that he had received the item. So, PayPal closed the case against us. We struggled with back-and-forth messages to PayPal so as to get our money back. If you received an order from this guy, you'd better cancel it; otherwise prepare yourself for real trouble, and total waste of time.

DLA Engine Spares, … just be honest . Item didn’t turn up because you messed up EU paperwork . Royal Mail advised you to put in a claim . PayPal reimbursed me ( case was settled in my favour immediately )You then sent item 2 months later and expected me still to buy it. You were asked to pay return postage which you didn’t . You’ve been caught out . Very dishonest seller

The buyer was located in Northern Ireland which is typically considered as EU member, thus no CN22 document is required for shipping, as no UK Customs are involved in shipments coming from EU countries. So, indeed it was Royal Mail, the proud postal service of the Great British Empire, which messed the shipment! In any case we reshipped the item at our expense. Since the buyer had accepted the item, he should close the PayPal case. But, Richard Cross attempted to steal the item!

DLA Engine Parts Dimitris Andrikopoulos, I can understand you’re hurt being caught out as a rogue trader . You’ve neglected to say that that you were informed I no longer wanted the item .( whilst it was lost due to your lack of geographical knowledge & not knowing NI is not in EU😂)
I’m glad Royal Mail and PayPal sided with me . You can’t post an unwanted item to someone 2 months later and then ask for payment😂
