This person ordered a pendant from us, upon receiving, opened a case against us with her bank claiming that she'd asked to return the item because she wasn't happy, but we'd refused. Which, is complete fiction.

When communicating with her through our payment gateway, we asked her to return the item but her response was, she couldn't because she'd thrown it in the bin, she was so disgusted with it..... hmmm.

Basically, she wants to both keep the item and get us to refund her. Sound familiar?
