040blackcat messaged me to ask if I'd slacken my buyer requirements so they could buy two items (I automatically block buyers with 2+ unpaids). I declined. 040blackcat came back with a sob story about how they have "crown's disease", may die within a year and how buying dolls is the only thing that distracts them from their impending death. 040blackcat claimed to have only two unpaids but they have 5 feedbacks referencing unpaids within the last 6 months. 040blackcat could have even more unpaids because sellers are reluctant to stick their neck out by writing negative feedback.
