Details: | If you run into this person, run for the hills, he is the worst buyer I have ever dealt with. First of all, he is using someone else's identity, he said he's dad with a 8 year old, but Lisa is actually a 70 women. He opened a case on ebay said the item he bought was damaged during shipping, we noticed he opened the case even before the package was delivered. He refused to show a photo until a few requests later, showed a shipping box was not damaged at all. We use boxes supports to at least 200lbs and bubble wrapped the toy inside, there is no way the toy will get damaged when shipping box was totally fine in the photo. After bunch of rude communications and a negative feedback and asked us to send him a replacement outside of the case, we let him return the item. He waited almost 2 weeks before shipping something back, there was a super tiny used pokemon toy and a trading card inside the box he shipped, not what he purchased from us at all. Then we found out he refused the original package and it got lost during transit when it's on the way back to us. So how is he sending back 2 packages when he only bought one toy from us? How was he able to refuse a package when he actually received and opened. There are too many discrepancies, not a honest person at all. Then he told ebay I promised him a refund after received the package. I had to appeal the case and explain to ebay what's going on with this transaction. Even ebay closed his account at some point, he will just make a new one, he might be under a different name next time, compare his address, sellers beware! |
