This is old, an I am aware. But I’d like to second this. This was by far the worst buyer to deal with. He bought a broken Hawkeye state that goes for $250-300 used.
I had it listed AS DAMAGED with pictures of the broken tip off the arrow in red, bold lettering in the description. I had it priced for $120 shipped.
He left me negative feedback stating that it was broken when it clearly stated that. He also demanded a partial refund of $110/$120.
Little did I know this guy also brought 2 other items from me. Same deal. I was left more negative FB for something that was clearly stated in the listing.
NO REFUNDS WERE ISSUED. CASE WON. But I was still left with negative FB.
I followed up to his comments and he lied and was rude.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY.
