They hacked my ebay account and change my shipping address. So my purchase went to that address. I tried calling the police there in Cali but they brushed me off to my local police here in wisconsin. No wonder crap is not getting done. Damn, do a drive by eating your cheese burger, how hard is that. What happen to the days of them writing things down when you are on the phone and you have all the information for them. The usps said that , that location gets 300 packages a day and is under investigation by the post office. Get a warrant and bumrush that place.
I got hacked and my address on ebay was changed . I got my money back through paypal. Do this right away. If you paid via paypal and your shipping on paypal is correct you can file a complaint. They refunded me. That's what I did and thankfully they came through. Hope this helps

Any time a customer is shipping 2-day to an address other than the one on their account, it should be a red-flag to the business.
Also, check your zip codes. The bill to zip doesn't match the bill to State. A little due diligence on our part can at least catch these before they ship!

07/20/2017 tried to place an order for $800+ worth of apparel. On any large orders we receive always triggers a red flag for us and we always do a little digging first before processing. While we've dealt with fraudulent orders in the past, they've gotten more clever as this time our fraud filters did not trigger as they had all the credit card details including the CSV. Usually they do not have the CSV and therefore would get automatically declined. Quick Google search and voila, I stumbled upon this page and just saved our company $800 as we'll be declining that order.

They had the address/buyer listed as "OK to send" but are now verifying again to be sure.
DETAILS: Buyer "Zou Jon" Etsy account name. Buyer sent note with order stating "it's a gift, please do not include receipt."

They hacked my ebay account and change my shipping address. So my purchase went to that address. I tried calling the police there in Cali but they brushed me off to my local police here in wisconsin. No wonder crap is not getting done. Damn, do a drive by eating your cheese burger, how hard is that. What happen to the days of them writing things down when you are on the phone and you have all the information for them. The usps said that , that location gets 300 packages a day and is under investigation by the post office. Get a warrant and bumrush that place.

I got hacked and my address on ebay was changed . I got my money back through paypal. Do this right away. If you paid via paypal and your shipping on paypal is correct you can file a complaint. They refunded me. That's what I did and thankfully they came through. Hope this helps

They just tried to hit our company, as well. The real cardholder noticed the charge and called us.
Any time a customer is shipping 2-day to an address other than the one on their account, it should be a red-flag to the business.
Also, check your zip codes. The bill to zip doesn't match the bill to State. A little due diligence on our part can at least catch these before they ship!

I just received a large order of second hand CPU's from this address and subsequently received emails from ebay not to ship. After reading comments on this page I triple zip locked a fresh shit from my 100lb bull dog. Thank god I got the fresh turd through my local post office (I really didn't want to explain that one). If anyone is curious, it costs just over $15CAD to ship a shit from Manitoba Canada to California (no insurance). Cheers from the great white north :)

07/20/2017 tried to place an order for $800+ worth of apparel. On any large orders we receive always triggers a red flag for us and we always do a little digging first before processing. While we've dealt with fraudulent orders in the past, they've gotten more clever as this time our fraud filters did not trigger as they had all the credit card details including the CSV. Usually they do not have the CSV and therefore would get automatically declined. Quick Google search and voila, I stumbled upon this page and just saved our company $800 as we'll be declining that order.

I just called Paypal and they advised me not to send order. They are investigating the address and looking at this website list.
They had the address/buyer listed as "OK to send" but are now verifying again to be sure.
DETAILS: Buyer "Zou Jon" Etsy account name. Buyer sent note with order stating "it's a gift, please do not include receipt."
Gift shipping to a warehouse?
Etsy's ship software warning: "USPS® could not confirm this address. Shipping to an unconfirmed address could delay the shipment." Which I believe means, USPS insurance won't cover it.
Paypal buyer's account: Phone # is int'l. Asian character buyer name using email: zoupay@mmorun.com .... "Non-US confirmed"
Might be legitimate, one of many storefronts at this warehouse complex, or ploy to avoid customs charges if they re-ship overseas.

I will be filing a police report on this address and I suggest you all submit one too. We have about 15 accounts in our system with this address and one of the orders sadly went through, so we are at a loss of $750. We caught the fraud on the next order when they tried to submit an order for double the cost on items that arent usually purchased by any of our regular customers.

Addendum: used Google translate for the Chinese characters listed ~ the registered PayPal name for the EBay purchase was Jiang Long Zou and the registered PayPal name for the Etsy purchase was Zou Jianglong. Reported them as fraudulent to EBay.......
