The day tracking info showed 'delivered' (4 days after purchase) Bill claimed he never received his item and demanded an immediate refund. When I refused he opened a case. Then he gave me a bogus USPS tracking number without admitting he received or was returning the item and still demanded an immediate refund. Next he admitted the item didn't fit and was returning it UPS. A day later item was still not scanned as received by UPS and is still demanding a refund. Very fraudulent person.
