We mailed out a $7.98 part to this bad buyer as fast as possible as mail is our free shipping method. Online bully buyer could have upgraded to faster shipping for a few dollars but didn't. He angrily messaged us that he did not receive in week so my team checked to ensure no mistake was made on our end which there was not. We responded within an hour of his request professionally. He responds unprofessionally at us as a result. We immediate refund him in full without question and he in turns leaves us very nasty feedback after for what is a Canada Post problem not ours. This buyer represents a business and has no business etiquette or responsibility towards sellers and he is a seller of products himself. Stay away from this very bad buyer. He will only hurt your ratings in the end. He has a very consistent track record of leaving many sellers negative feedback.
