This person won item in Feb 2011. He never paid and never responded to any contact attempts made, this person is a waste of time. Called, emailed and sent invoices multiple times and got nothing. Past feedback for this person shows the same type of thing going on, but I was unable to leave any feedback as I filed a non-payer case to get a refund of the final value fee.
