Had to report to site to get them to pay. After item arrived, they opened a case against me, them IMMEDIATELY closed it for "other reasons", without clarification. Only then did they PM me, saying the item was broken. They offered no proof and obviously just wanted to threaten me to get money back. They also did not want to ship the item back for a refund. Item was padded and double boxed for safety reasons, so this along with no proof sent to me makes me believe it wasn't broken. They then left negative feedback against me.
