Bought a baby t-shirt (brand new with tags as all of our items are) A product i myself put on my own children..through hundreds of washes (following the care instructions) they never faded or withered which is why I opened an account directly with the manufacturer because it is a product i stand by. Purchases the item, fails to follow care instructions washes it and a letter fades, leaves a neutral feedback but even worse zings our star ratings for "As described" when all we described it as was a onesie that read "mommy + daddy = me" no communication at all
