She calls herself Princess in her email address, but OH she is underselling herself, because she is THE QUEEN of scammers. She has a 4 year history of scamming us, so I'll try to be brief:

August 2019: claimed she hadn't received her order, this was our first encounter with Usmania and gave her the benefit of the doubt.
Oct 2022: claimed all the items in her order had arrived damaged, demanded a refund. When asked her to send pictures of the problems she described, she refused. She demanded a free returns label, which we sent her, but she never used.
April 2023: this is a good one, she's perfecting her art now, she places an order for 5 items of jewellery:
First: she tries to claim her order hasn't arrived, when we show her proof that it has, she then claims she's on holiday & didn't know????
Second: 3 weeks later, she opens a PayPal dispute against us, claiming that 1 item had arrived broken and 2 items were missing from her order. When we contact her to ask which items are missing, she appears to forget what she said to PayPal & now only 1 item is missing. When we ask her to send a picture of everything she's received, she just sends us a picture of a broken bangle (which, we suspect, she did deliberately). When asked again, to clarify which items are missing, she becomes defensive & abusive. She demands a free returns label, which we send to her. The label is valid for a week, which we clearly tell her in the email. We remind her 2 days before the deadline that she still needs to return the items. She claims she hasn't received the label, we send it to her again. We remind her 24 hours before the deadline that she needs to use the label. Again, she claims she hasn't received it, we send it to her again! She never uses the label and says it's our fault because of all the emails we keep sending her!?
Now, the plot twist here is remarkable - even though she never provides proof of the missing items; contradicts her story and then never bothers to return any of the items, PayPal still finds in her favour! WTF!!?????

Be very careful with this person, she's obviously learning that often PayPal can't be bothered to investigate claims, they just press refund. She's one of those scammers who complains about everything in the hope that the vendor will just refund her. And if that doesn't work, she then opens a fake claim with PayPal in the hope that they don't bother to investigate and just issue a refund. And clearly, sometimes it works.
