Thank you so much for posting this information, I just had this clown make a buy it now offer on an expensive item. Instead of paying, he sent me a message with his phone number asking me to call. He is now blocked, thanks again!

I just had a dealing with him. He sent my Lalique bowl
back to me, but got me a defect from eBay.
He said it had chips "all over".
Guess I was lucky to get the bowl back.

Watch out for this Payman Ray guy that does not even have his real last name registered any where...... he is a crook!!!! First of all he only accepts cash, which I am sure he does not report it to the IRS.. second of all his antiques, are far from antique. they are bogus. He sells counterfeit name brands. He never gives you a receipt for your purchases and if you ever go back for quality issue, he acts like he has not sold you that item.
He tries to sell FAKE items on e-bay as well under different names, so he does not get caught.
I am surprised, he still has not been investigated by the FBI for counterfeit items & the IRS for taking only cash and obviously not reporting it...... Watch out people.......

DO NOT BUY or SELL from this person. Left a bad review without a reason.

This "Ray Payman" purchased two Baccarat vases at a recent auction. We've been trying to collect the money for weeks now, and when I finally get in touch with him today he made up that there were "scratches" on the pieces, and also that he made a mistake and bid too much, so "too bad, send me to collections." Scumbag. Our lawyer is sending a letter, but jerks like this generally get away with it. If I ever meet him in a dark alley .......

This guy is still up to his tricks - now he is leaving 'positive feedback' with negative comments.

Scammers know this and will sometimes offer high quality, brand-name items for sale at a very attractive price.
