Bought items, never installed properly or even used instructions (access to instructions is electronically recorded) and claimed item did not work. Returned item without any RMA or notice, and equipment all works fine and was never installed. Then they dispute the charges on us. When customer was contacted about the issue they started making claims we were threatening them. Ridiculous. Followed Wells Fargo claim requirements to a "T" and they still decided with this scammer.
