The issue is clearly he ordered a wrong item，and already told him the item is not what he need，he still insist to buy and receive it. After he got the item, he claim we sent him wrong item that is not what he need. We offered partial refund as discount. But he said he want full refund and keep the item to resell. How Convenient you are，order a wrong item，them get a full refund，then keep the item to resell，and earn money？ Rob someone else and sell the item you rob to make profits，what kind of person would come up that idea. Totally shameless. Return the item back, we will refund and block you forever.
