Early this year I paid three weeks in advance for a stay at Hotel Casa Delfino in Chania, Crete and it turned out there was no functioning WiFi in any of the rooms and at night it was often extremely loud, starting at 04:00 due to guests leaving to catch their early flights. Due to these issues, I had to leave prematurely and Casa Delfino's owner, Margarita Markantonaki, promised to give me a refund for the days I did not stay. But she never refunded me.
