Buyer selected the slowest shipping (media mail) and then complaint it is slow. I refunded the cost. However, buyer still keep asking for full refund while item is clearly still in transit. Buyer keep threaten to file a claim for not received. When I told the buyer to file it. Buyer never did, only follow-up with message asking for refund again. Buyer repeated the same process 3 times until item delivered. Then Buyer left negative feedback but with no specific words to avoid Ebay violation. Very sneaky buyer.
