Buyer buys red hairspray for Halloween. Buyer used the hairspray to colour 2 pieces of fake hair extensions.
They buys sends me a message telling me she purchased hairspray 12 months previously from somewhere else and there was more in the other bottle than this one so she is unhappy and demands a full refund or she will leave negative feedback.

We explained she can't compare this product to somebody elses product but she insists we are rude to her, opens up a case in eBay and ebay refund her in full leaving her with free products.

She promptly leave negative feedback.
