| Details: | This buyer won an auction, and did not pay for the item. I sent an invoice...no response. I opened an unpaid item case and the buyer then paid and started harassing me through ebay messages, claiming to have the right to pay whenever he/she pleases, and accused me of extortion.

Thank you for noticing the bad buyer.
Even when you are quite good at using internet or email, you may have problems with it. Some problems are quite common and you can solve it (forgot password, forgot username...) but sometimes, proxy problems... you may cannot sign in your email. If you cannot solve it yourself, http://hotmail-email-login.email will be a helpful choice.
