Victor is quite insane, and it could be that he has lost his marbles and was not doing it to scam or steal or anything.. He started complaining after 3 days that he never got his items, then 7 days later thanked me for receiving them, then complained again that he never got them, then i showed him his signature and thanked me again, then left me a negative feedback ! Quite the insane fellow. turns out he leaves negative feedbacks to everybody and any body. ebay removed his feedback after seeing the evidence.
