| Details: | This is the worst buyer that I've ever dealt with on eBay. (She's also a seller.) She claimed that the items she purchased were damaged during transport. And that I didn't carefully pack them. She refused, however, to tell me which bottles were broken or leaked. Nor did she offer to return any, even though I asked her to. Although I was willing to make restitution to please her, she was incredibly uncommunicative and difficult. She rarely responded to my messages, and never in a timely manner. She opened a Buyer Protection Case against me, and even when I refunded her wouldn't close it. Fortunately, today eBay decided in my favor and I won. I've blocked her from further bidding. I'd adamantly advise, against either buying or selling with her. |

I forgot to add, that she purchased the items on a BIN. Since she's also a seller, she knows that you must pay promptly on a BIN. That's eBay policy. I had to prompt her to pay, however, and she didn't pay until the next day.

Customer buys item using Best Offer. I gave her a $5.00 discount + FREE shipping. There we're shipping errors and I was glad to refund the amount of $6.88 which I did immediately after I found out about the mistake.
Customer waited til I left her a positive feedback on account, 2 months later leaves a neutral feedback when I have a perfect record of 100% positive and leaves out all the details of the refund. This customer will haggle you to death and leave a you with a very bad experience. Stay away!

First off YOU NEVER GIVE ANYONE DISCOUNTS OR REFUNDS FOR NO RETURNS. People are just trying to see what they can get away with and you'll never see them again. They are trying to scam you. You only refund for returned items and never before. You screwed yourself over some asshole, its obviously this is a scam she's using over and over again. Report the bitch!
