| Details: | We sold a laptop to this buyer on Jan 2nd. The buyer paid for USPS Express Mail. We shipped the laptop on Jan 3rd via USPS Express Mail. On Jan 8th the buyer contacted us to let us know that he had not received the laptop. He also told us that we were in violation of contract because ebay had indicated that he would receive the laptop by then. He demanded a cancellation of the order and an immediate refund under threat of a negative feedback. We agreed to cancel the transaction on Jan 9th. On Jan 10th the buyer received the laptop. He asked us to refund him the return shipping cost as well as the duties he paid as a condition of returning the laptop. We believe this is an extremely unreasonable buyer and we would recommend not dealing with this person. |
