This is about the case PP-D-93558375 for which we have provided the postal receipt and of course the tracking number RE861862417GR. We also provided the direct tracking links of both the Greek Post and Poste Italiane which delivered the item to the buyer's address registered with PayPal at the time of the order:

As you may verify the shipment was delivered to the buyer on 26-Oct. This was a Registered Mail which means that Pietro Nicolosi had to provide some ID and sign up so as to get the shipment from Poste Italiane. It was not a normal mail in which the postman would just leave the parcel at your mailbox. Buyer claimed at PayPal that he has not received the item.
