This buyer told the item is ripped but refuse to provide photo and or send it back. All is just came from there mouth is want refund. After they left feedback for 20 days, they asked me to provide refund then they can remove the negative feedback. This is a scam, want to get item for free. All should be beware.

Buyer purchased pair of brand new with tags The North Face etip Gloves. Immediately upon receipt, buyer took picture of used and soiled Reebok gloves along with our business card insert and messaged us, "These gloves are Reebok?? I ordered North Face".
