After 30 days with no word from the buyer, it should be safe to assume all is well. Apparently not. Customer left a negative feedback. When I reached out to the customer to inquire about it, he insisted how anyone purchased on ebay gets free tracking. Since he did not get his tracking, I must be keeping the extra money that "Ebay" sends to me for the tracking. Huh? I asked to customer to please go back and read the "Shipping Information" section of the listing. He sees the part that says I will offer a refund or reship if not received. He says that proves it. I'm a scammer. Only a scammer offers such things. huh? Customer received a refund and ebay wouldn't removed the feedback because the customer is entitled to their opinion. |
