| Details: | This customer was a total international fraud paypal account. He had about 5 eBay ratings. 48 hours after he purchased and I had already shipped the item THEN paypal decides to contact ME afterwards and state it was fraud. I thought THEIR job was to detect fraud! Great protection huh? I lost $90 plus shipping. Then the buyer dares email me and says... "Oh I'm sorry I didn't know it was illegal!" Give me a break!!!
