THIS CUSTOMER IS INSANE DO NOT!!! ACCEPT ORDERS!!!!

Customer purchased from us and her order shipped within 5 days of purchasing which is in our shipping policy. She has purchased from us 2 other times with no issues. This time, USPS misplaced her package so the package only showed "accepted". After 1 day of it saying "accepted" she sent us dozens of hostile threatening emails. She called us "jealous ass bitches", "imma come beat ur ass" and that she was going to tell everyone not to shop with us. There are dozens more. The customer went insane because USPS misplaced her package so we just refunded her order as my customer service team does NOT by any means need to deal with a customer like this nor does she have ANY place shopping at my company. She then proceeded to tell us and the BBB we stole her money which we did NOT. We refunded her ASAP within hours of her sending us nasty emails. Customer opened a BBB two months later and is still going insane. DO NOT sell to her. It's not worth the headache or the money or the time.
