| Details: | Buyer won auction but did not pay for it so I didn't ship. Filed claim on ebay and ended up not shipping. Seemed fishy. Then I did research and found this address (8 McCullough Dr # U130871 New Castle DE 19726) is related to a mail service (https://www.usa2georgia.com/) and is frequented by scammers. There are also multiple threads on ebay regarding the address used by scammers. Sent me messages stating I am a liar, and so on and so on. |

Thanks for posting this. Five days ago this buyer won an eBay auction for an iPhone I was selling. No response or payment yet after buyers note saying he or she would pay in five days....Opened an unpaid item case on eBay. Awaiting resolution so I can relist item.

This buyer: gibeq-46, bought an iPhone off me. He asked me to end the auction early at an agreed price. Seemed sketchy at first because he had no feedback. The iPhone worked when I shipped it but he claimed that the battery was broken when he received it. He demanded a discount or would ship the phone back. I said he needed to prove that it didn't work before I would accept anything because I was concerned that he would switch the batter or phone internals in some way then send it back to me. He gave me a negative feedback but Paypal agreed with my case and I was able to keep the money.

ira_41 did the same thing to me paid for an iPhone 7 did leave me positive feedback. then said antenna didn't work tried to get me to send him $$ back. Opened a paypal dispute which he originally won.. I never received my phone back. I stayed on paypal and they made it right. Im gonna call apple and report phone stolen and have them shut it down out of spite because paypal will never get thre money back.
