Details: | When the order was placed via eBay, the buyer was told that there may be import tax and duty that needed to be paid. She had agreed to pay any tax or fees that may be levied in Brazil. The buyer was asked to pay import tax by Brazil Postal Service (Correios) and has failed to pay. The package was held by Correios for about a month. We have checked with Correios and they told us that the buyer had refused to pay the customs charges. The buyer has claimed that she had not received any notification from Correios! She has also claimed that the local post office could not deliver the package for some unexplained reason!
