Details: | Customer ordered a dog bed. It was shipped prior to the on 1/15 with an expected delivery date of 2/18. Started contacting us 1/19 asking where it was. For some reason USPS had not been scanning with regular updates. On 2/21 it finally showed as in Australia. I updated customer to please be patient. She filed an a-z claim on 2/22 which Amazon immediately refunded her. The bed was delivered 2/25. So customer has bed and refund. I have contacted her several times and she doesn't respond. |
