Buyer bought 50 shades DVD from me. Next day, she claims that her husband bought that same DVD for her at a store and she wants me to either cancel the transaction or use the old DVD ($4.65) to purchase a different movie (Manma Mia, $11) without going through eBay's order process.

I simply canceled the transaction and blocked her from ever buying from me again. It's obvious that she was a crook who was trying to rip me off by trying to obtain a higher value DVD for free!

Don't ever sell to these kind of customers. Saved myself a lot of headache by canceling this transaction.
