You should ask him to complete it through eBay so you can report him. Also if he tries to send the fake PayPal email you can send it to spoof@paypal.com

He will also ask you to first overnight the package, distracting you and Hoping you will send it before you figure out the PayPal email is fake. He may ask for a yahoo address also because I think gmail filters the emails he sends as spam.

He sent me the fake Paypal email stating I had to send tracking before funds were released, and btw, they were all horribly written lol my nephew in elementary sounded like he wrote it. I sent him excited replies and told him I was shipping asap and send him a non working tracking number and said it will be there the next morning and he was super excited. Just kept dragging it on and he got so mad LOL woke him up at 7am and told him its out for delivery and he kept asking for the tracking saying its not working and I just kept stalling and giving him the runaround and played stupid. He was so pissed.

First off you run a business. You follow your own rules of operation and stick with them. DONT LET NO ONE allow you to change your policies and procedures. If you dont like something or dont trust the person, cancel the order, refund their money, but never ship the product! Dont ship to any other addres other than the paypal confirmed. Right then I knew it was a scam and luckily I did not send the shoes. That was several days (12/3/15) ago and I have not heard from him since. Don't fall for this, he may use other info like email and ph #. I hope he gets caught and goes to jail!!
