| Details: | Person called to order, sounded rushed and sketchy. Name did not match up and stated he was shipping to mother then stated shipping to his place of work. upon further investigation it was noticed same em address tried placing order in 2017 w/ different name / same shipping address / different billing address and was marked as fraud on the older order. When we noted that customer hung up. Fraud order attempt via phone. |

Regardless of the buyer, DO NOT SHIP TO ANY PLACE OTHER THAN THE CONFIRMED ADDRESS. The buyer will tell you anything and lame ass excuse to file a dispute for non receipt. He was either trying to ship to another address and then file non receipt, or using a stolen credit card. Because if was a phone call and you have both address report it to the police dept.

Same situation here. male with african accent called from 716 262 9823 with email gj261225@gmail.com. no questions asked, ordered a few of our most expensive product, no questions about it. called number back, goes to a machine saying "unallocated". tried shipping to a warehouse in Newark, NJ 10715

Just happened here as well. Tried to purchase $3000 worth of product over the phone using same number and email as above. "Jesse Gallo" Attempted to submit two different cc numbers, each from different states than the shipping address in the Bronx which appears to be a run down service shop of some sort---BAD ACTOR.
