This buyer has to learn to read. Despite our company sending her 5 different emails in a weeks period and then another 3 emails to remind her we sent those 5 emails, she still files a dispute for non receipt of merchandise less than 10 days of purchase. She knew the item was shipped, received numerous emails, and yet still didnt bother at any time to contact company. Just jumped to conclusions, get all paranoid and did what every buyer does that doesnt bother to read...takes shots and interfers with the business operations of a company. She had the opportunity to contact our company via the 10 emails which contained 3 links to our support site, the contact us link plastered all over the website, but still decided to file a dispute. She knew what she was doing and her actions were deliberate. Its not her specifically but she fits the usual classifcation of buyers that dont read anything. There's no excuse for her and other people like her. She closed the dispute 3 hours later stating she got the item. But thats nto the point. If a company sends you email after email and reminder emails of sending you emails all with links to contact the company if you have problems, especially when you state legally you read and agreed to terms and conditions (which stated to the letter when the shipment time was) you dont file disputes against companies and pull the money away from them. Thats called mail order fraud. When you make a documented claim of non receipt of product, the company informs you the item shipped and how long its going to take, without any communication, you make a legal agreement of the terms, and then file a claim during that time period, thats mail order fraud. plain and simple. Next time learn to contact a seller and work things out in a professional manner instead of getting all nervious, paranoid and contact the seller!
