Details: | Bought two display stands, upon receiving (confirmed by tracking) they opened a case demanding a refund/replacement for incorrect items sent and left negative feedback right away. I explained to them I only sell 3d printed display stands, so no chance I could have sent them acrylic cut clear display stands (something I don't sell or ever have) which is what they claimed to have received from me. They were adamant I was in the wrong however after refusing a refund/replacement and leaving it up to support to make a decision the buyer suddenly closed the case and said that they had actually received my items/package but we unaware that they had arrived. |
