Details: | buyer had purchased a $300 headset that clearly was written as a wired headset and not wireless blue tooth. Says that he was not informed that was wired, even though I had clearly stated wired headset and was never available wired. I do not believe that the buyer would hand over $300 for a headset that he does not know. His next move is to ask for a $300 refund without returning me the headset (keeping the money and the headset). Amazon instructs for me to tell the buyer that only when the headset is returned to me, (afterwards) will he receive the $300 refund. His next step is to open Amazon a-to-z investigation where he describes not receiving the headset, or received a package that was an "empty box". Eventually he has no choice but to return the headset for the refund. Buyer returned a brand new headset that is NOW open, used, and without a box. I asked him to mail me back the headset package box because I cannot resell the headset without the box. He says that there was no box, and from the beginning I am always a "liar". He threatens for the full refund or lawyers will get in touch. Too much work and stress for this buyer, trying too many times to get a $300 and headset for free. I warn anyone that recognizes this buyer name and address to just cancel the order because you will probably lose (possibly) everything (money and package) in the end. |
