This buyer is really a Florida moron! The seller is saying your a broke as moron that doesn't have $15 to pay for an item. Moron that means your credit card was declined for something you tried to buy from them and asshole like you waste merchants time. You don't even know what you have in your bank account and think you can buy things with zero balance available.
