Details: | This buyer purchased a computer on Amazon on May 1, 2015. More than 3 months after the item was delivered the customer opened a return request that he is having trouble with is computer. A few minutes later he also opened another return request stating that the item was not as described because the computer is supposed to have 16 GB memory. The computer was described as having 8GB memory which was correct. Thankfully, since a significant amount of time had passed I was able to simply close the return request. |

So you open a false request without communicating with me first and you expect me to 'work' with you? Would you care to explain how exactly you expect me to 'work' with you?

Even if I was mistaken and it was actually 8GB in the listing, you still should have communicated through your Amazon seller account and clarified. It was perfectly within my right as a customer to open a ticket for a malfunctioning computer. Next time work with your customers even if they are mistaken before posting their private information on the internet. Especially if you are representing a company such as Amazon.

Well, the civil thing to do is to open a communication with the seller. If you need help, you need to ask for it - politely. You didn't do that. You chose to open a return request, knowing full well that the return period passed a long time ago. If you were 'perfectly within your right' then Amazon wouldn't have closed the dispute in my favor. Apparently, you still think that you did nothing wrong. That is just amazing.
You are just a rude, arrogant person. Go away.
