Once delivered, said everything was fine, then a couple days later, one of the five LPs sent was no good and wanted a refund but refused to send the item back. I offered a refund once the LP was returned - with no response for several days. The next week, two more LPs were now magically "inaccurately described" and should be refunded without returning them. When offered refund once the items were returned, all five LPs were now no good and he threatened to open a Paypal dispute. After over a month of haggling and threatening e-mails (all the time claiming he was my "friend"), he finally sent the entire order back - as cheaply as possible using inadequate packaging. Luckily, the LPs arrived back in acceptable (re-sellable) condition. Total loss on mailing, packing materials, Paypal and e-bay fees came to close to $95.00 - not including the incredible waste of time. Block this little prick now, or you will be very sorry you didn't. |

Um... did you pretend to be a different person in the comments? The IP address matches and the comments was left at the same time as the report. And how could you be out $95 in fees? That's more than a third the value of the transaction. Also, you get paypal fees back.

I had problems with this guy too. This guy is a real crook. One of the worst buyers I've had in years of selling on ebay. Do NOT do business with him or YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Hi,
here is another dealer (record-scout on ebay) who had a lot of trouble with this guy. Ablackroze wrote several romains how to pack the parcel. After 2 weeks he paid in the end. 2 weeks later, he claims, that the item (a LEE MORGAN "CANDY" 1300,- USD) does not match the description. Altough in the correct described shape in my opinion, I offered a partial refund. He denys and told me, that he wants to send it back to me. With bad taste in my mouth, I`ve agreed. Til there no further communication. After 2 weeks later, he opened a case at paypal, they froze the money in. I have told paypal, that I am not longer willing to take it back, because the item was correctly graded. They decide in my favour, THANK`S GOD. I`ve thought now it`s over, but 3 weeks later, I have received a letter from the Deutsche Post, in which I should help to find out, where the parcel from NIRUN SANVIPARK (ABLACKROZE) is (investigation)??? Very strange ... he has send something (I don`t know what contain, and I don`t want to know what really is in the parcel) at the 06.12.2014 to my adress. I never have received something, and now I should help to find out where the parcel is. Hää? All is very very strange and I can recommend to you all sellers out there; block this guy, don`t trade with him. Like above; he waste time and a lots of nerves. If the story should continue, I will give the whole case to my lawyer. What people do exist ...

This guy is the worst! He DEMANDED I change the price on an item so he could avoid paying customs charges and then wanted me to pack the LP the way HE WANTED. Never mind I have 100% positive feedback, own a record store and have been shipping LP's for the last 15 years. That still was not acceptable to him. AVOID at ALL COSTS. He leaves a lot of negative feedback for sellers and VERY hard to please. Not worth the money or time!
