This person is a total lunatic, makes false claims about the order in an attempt to get the product for free. Sends message stating the item is not as described, but in the same message says they are disabled, doesn't drive, and doesn't "Do Returns". Wants us to refund the payment so they can keep the item for free.

Ok this is a scam thats seems to be going around. Its the same exact bullshit reason someone else used that was in Canada. The bottom line is old scam to get the product and see if they can steal it. If your in Canada press fraud charges against the asshole. But you should look into this site because we just answered the same exact response with a totally different name just 10 minutes ago, It can be the same person under a different name. Report it to Amazon and bring up that point.
