Just sold a 3 piece business suit to sierradawnmartez, opened a case 4 days later at 5:30 pm CDT. Through ebay case opened as "Buyers Remorse". It was her only recourse since the suit was new had all size tags. I took photos of all tages and my wife measured every inch. As soon as I got her email for a full refund I declined. She then went and opened a second case with Paypal. She also left negative FB on me (my first in 20 years). The FB reason was a lie. I called my assigned ebay rep, within 30 minuted (8:30pm CDT) they closed the case in my favor & removed the negative FB. But now I had to wait for Paypal. On 5-31 Paypal closed the case in my favor.
Fellow sellers, fight this buyer, I looked through her buying history, she does this a lot. Off tge record I was told during this that she is an abuser of the Buyer Protection Program. If sellers fight her to the end ebay will ban her at some point.
