Buyer bought a new unused item, then opened a case and returned a different (old, used, brush mangled) item with a different serial number then the one we sent out. We keep a record of all inventory and check all inventory conditions before items are sent out. Bottom line, don't sell to this buyer, they will rip you off! They keep your pristine item and sent back their cast offs!
